Ordering by fax:
Orders submitted via facsimile (fax) are processed on a time-permitting basis, but no later than the 2nd day after receipt. Please include all personal info such as complete name, mailing address including zip or postal code, item description, item number and quantity. You must also include the credit card number and its expiration date. Our fax number is 248-706-3034. To receive a receipt of your order, you must include your email address.

Availability:
Please be aware that item availability is subject to change based on the stock status of an item. In the event an item is not available after you have placed your order, we will call or email you to let you know when the item is available. If the arrival date is not acceptable to you we will cancel your order.

Custom ordered golf clubs and some left-hand clubs may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and will nomally take 1-2 weeks before item ships.

Our clubs carry the full manufacturer's warranty which is nomally 1 or 2 years from the date you placed your order. This covers the original owner against workmanship and breakage under normal playing conditions.

Damages not covered include those not consistent with normal wear or defect, and deemed to have been caused by neglect or abuse. The following reasons will be considered neglect or abuse from the owner:

  • Any shaft broken 3 inches or more above the hosel.
  • Any bent shafts
  • Any club that has had repairs not made by Great Golf Deals
  • Any club broken or damaged by driving range mats.
  • Any dents on the top bottom or sides of the club.

    Repairs:
    Repairs on merchandise covered by the material and workmanship warranty will receive free repairs or comparable replacement equipment on the damaged goods. Clubs being returned should be packaged in the same manner they were delivered to you. Please make sure to put your order number and name on the outside of the box. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on repairs. Repairs may be made by emailing request to repairs@greatgolfdeals.com or by following the procedure below:

    Call one our representatives at 248-706-3032. The Great Golf Deals representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (referred to as a RA #) The RA # serves as a ticket to have your package accepted by us. Please make sure to write the RA # clearly on the box so we can get your return back to you as soon as possible. Normal repair time is 3-4 weeks.

    Return Policy:
    Great Golf Deals stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having happy customers that not only can’t wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about GGD. That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 14 days for a refund less shipping costs. All damages or shortages need to be reported within 14 days of receipt of order.

    Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Great Golf Deals reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all returned items. We normally do not charge extra for special orders. However, if a special order is cancelled before we can cancel it with the manufacturer, it will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($25 minimum). That's what makes them special...they're made just for you. Please make sure you are committed to receiving your merchandise when special ordering. Other special orders may be subject to other fees/conditions. Please call for complete details.

    Do not return items without first notifying GGD. If you should need to return an item contact GGD by phone or E-mail returns@greatgolfdeals.com and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Write your name, order number and reason why you wish to return the item in the email and a representatinve will contact you with a Return Authorization (RA). Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

    We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

    CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

    International Returns:
    The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

    Tracking numbers:

    Great Golf Deals currently provides free Ground shipping on orders totaling $150.00 or more.     Hawaii, Alaska and FPO/APO Addresses:
    Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii will be assessed an additional $15.00 shipping and handling fee. "Ground" Shipping to HI and AK will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to FPO, APO addresses will be sent via UPSP Priority Mail and will be assessed an additional $10.00 shipping and handling fee.

You will be notified via email if we cannot ship your item. All items will be sent via USPS Global Express Mail. You will be emailed tracking numbers for these orders and will have an exact delivery date available to you so that you may check with the post office in the event of late delivery.
    International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes or brokerage fees at the time an order arrives at its destination.     Warranty Issues:
    Both GreatGolfDeals.com and the original manufacturers warranty golf equipment purchased from GreatGolfDeals.com. If you have any problems with any piece of equipment please email repairs@greatgolfdeals.com first. Tell us your name, order number, equipment type and nature of the problem. We will email you back within 24 hours with instructions on how to handle this repair.

    Deep Discount Club Terms:
    To join the Great Golf Deals Deep Discount Club, simply complete and forward the membership application and remit the membership fee. Upon receipt and acceptance of your application and membership fee, you will be assigned and e-mailed a membership number.

    Any member who joined the Great Golf Deals Deep Discount Club in the year 2003 will be designated as a Charter Member. The letter “c” in your membership number represents “Charter Member” status. An individual Charter Member shall never be charged an annual membership fee in excess of $30 regardless of any increase or increases in the annual membership fee in future years.

    Membership is renewable annually at member’s option. The renewal membership fee will NOT be automatically charged on the anniversary date of your membership. We view automatic renewal without the express consent of the member as an unfair business practice. On or about the anniversary date of your membership, you will be notified of your opportunity to renew. Receipt and acceptance of the membership fee entitles member to the listed membership discount on all greatgolfdeals.com items for one full year after commencement of the membership.
