Ordering by fax:
Orders submitted via facsimile (fax) are processed on a time-permitting basis,
but no later than the 2nd day after receipt. Please include all personal
info such as complete name, mailing address including zip or postal code,
item description, item number and quantity. You must also include the credit

To receive a receipt of your order, you must include your email address.
Please be aware that item availability is subject to change based on the
stock status of an item. In the event an item is not available after you

Clubs being returned should be packaged in the same manner they were delivered
to you. Please make sure to put your order number and name on the outside
of the box. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on repairs.

Golf Deals representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (referred
to as a RA #) The RA # serves as a ticket to have your package accepted by
us. Please make sure to write the RA # clearly on the box so we can get your
return back to you as soon as possible. Normal repair time is 3-4 weeks.
Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item/s ordered
are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the website items that
are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these
items may take several weeks for delivery. The method you choose for shipping

Out of Stock
Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site
when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take
2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify
such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However,
it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of
stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify
you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery
time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are
unwilling to wait.

if a special order is cancelled before we can cancel it with the manufacturer,
it will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($25 minimum). That's

you should need to return an item contact GGD by phone or E-mail
and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Write your name, order
number and reason why you wish to return the item in the email and a
representatinve will contact you with a Return Authorization (RA). Returned
items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item.
Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are
not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are
