A:Hit Once clubs have literally only been “Hit Once”.   They are 99.9% in perfect condition guaranteed. Most items show very little wear and are hard to distinguish from new. Wear may include minor shelf wear but the average person will have a hard time noticing a difference from new. Most items will still be factory wrapped in plastic.

"OPEN BOX" items have NEVER been hit! However, they cannot be sold as new as they could have been unhit returns, floor samples, or items removed and returned to the box, without purchase. Q: What is the return policy of the clubs?

A:  We offer a 14 day return policy  as long as the clubs are not hit and are in the original condition that they were purchased.

Q: Do these clubs come with a warranty?

A: Yes they do come with full manufacturers warranty.  Contact us for any and all warranty issues.  We will handle any problems that happen under normal use of the product.

Q: Do the woods come with headcovers?

A: Yes all woods come with matching factory direct headcovers unless noted otherwise

Q: In a "Hit Once" set if I order a whole iron set, will all the clubs be hit?

A:  No.  Only 1 of the club will have been “Hit Once”.  Usually it will be the 5 iron but the rest of the set will be brand new.
