ship most orders by UPS or FedEx. Overseas and FPO orders are be shipped
by The US Post Service. Tracking is available for UPS and FedEx shipments
(see Tracking) but is not available for most USPS shipments.
The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses.
Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the
order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please
UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will
be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example:
An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at

Great Golf Deals currently provides free Ground shipping on orders totaling
$200.00 or more. Charges related to shipping, handling, and taxes are not
included to meet the minimum requirement in determining the total purchase
amount. Free shipping promotion only applies to orders shipped to a valid
street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or Fed Ex
Hawaii, Alaska, PR, Guam and FPO/APO Addresses:
Orders shipped to Alaska, PR, Guam and Hawaii will be assessed an additional $20.00 shipping
and handling fee. "Ground" Shipping to HI and AK may be sent via USPS Priority Mail. "Oversized" items may need special shipping quote for these locations. You will be notified via email of the situation and provided a shipping quote.
Orders shipped to FPO, APO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority
Mail and will be assessed an additional $15.00 shipping and handling fee.
Limits to Free
Applies to Ground Orders in the contiguous US. The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or
returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $200.00. Great
Golf Deals reserves the right to apply applicable shipping charges to any
such orders. Great Golf Deals may change or discontinue the free or discounted
shipping offer at any time. Shipping charges are subject to change at any
time without notice.
Due to package size restrictions from UPS and Fed Ex, some large or bulky
items (such as Golf Bags, Cart Bags, Travel Cases and Power Carts) are excluded
from the Free Shipping Promotion. A $10.00 shipping/handling fee will be
added to your order after check-out for all items in this section if the
total order is over $200.00. Items where this charge applies will be clearly
marked on the product's information page.
The following Oversized / Overweight items DO NOT qualify
for Free Shipping or an Air Shipping upgrade. If Air Shipping is desired,

Tracking numbers are provided for most golf clubs and some select golf equipment orders
only and will be sent out via email the day that the item is shipped. If you have been notifed via email that the item you purchased has been ordered directly from the Manufacturer, the item will ship directly to you usually within 1-2 weeks but you will not receive a tracking number. If
a tracking number is emailed to you, you can track your order using the
tracking info included in your order confirmation e-mail.

All other orders are subject to standard shipping
fees as calculated during checkout. Most orders received by noon Eastern
Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday or on the weekend
will ship out on Monday. Orders received on a holiday will ship on the next

shipped within 24 hour unless stated otherwise on the items page. If
there is a problem or a delay with shipment, you will be notified by email.
In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, Great Golf Deals ships additional items via UPS Ground at Great Golf Deals Expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.
6% sales tax will be charged for orders placed within Michigan. All other
orders are tax free. For International Orders, see above.
If you are ordering from a country outside of the US, additional shipping
charges may be added to the credit card after the items are shipped if items
are larger or heavier than normal golf sets or if shipping multiple packages.
You will be notified via email of any additional charges that me be
incurred. Due to size restrictions, we do not ship golf bags, golf carts
or any other large pieces of equipment internationally. You will be notified
via email if we cannot ship your item. All items will be sent via USPS Global
Express Mail. Normal delivery time can take up to 10 Business Days. In most cases, you will be emailed tracking numbers for these orders and will
have an exact delivery date available to you so that you may check with the
post office in the event of late delivery.
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable
duties, taxes or brokerage fees at the time an order arrives at its destination.
IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT PAY CUSTOM FEES OR DUTIES AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL,
GreatGolfDeals.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE CUSTOMER'S CREDIT CARD FOR
THE AMOUNT OWED. You must contact your local Department of Commerce
for any duty and taxes that may be added. Great Golf Deals orders only include
the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at
the time of delivery.
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees
and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped
internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
for returns or warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for
any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts,
custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or
APO, FPO orders:
Orders to APO and FPO are not eligible for Free Shipping Promotion. All orders
